The team are proactive in booking staff early for us to ensure our demands are met when they are aware of other events going on in the city which will impact their resources. No! You are welcome to work as little or as often as you like and we review our staffing pools every few months

Once you have an account set up with us you’ll be invited to use our app Ubeya to post your shifts, view live staffing updates, approve timesheets and rate staff - however our Operations Manager Abbie will be happy to do any of these on your behalf and confirm staffing details and timesheets via email if preferred!
Yes! When approving timesheets you are able to rate staff, anyone rated 5 stars will be made a ‘preferred staff member’ and will be able to automatically book onto any future shifts with you (again this can also be done through Abbie) if you have an emergency and need cover ASAP
